Andrew Morton, a researcher in linguistics analysis, has developed a
technique to generate a chart which, he says, reflects each writer's use
of language. In the past few years, this technique has been enthusiastically
used by defense lawyers in Britain. But now forensic scientists have
fiercely condemned the practice.
